    • At the time of signing the Tenancy Agreement the client is presented with a list of essential home services/ utilities that they need to activate - The ease and convenience of having services available to choose greatly enhances the possibility that the client will choose the services presented to them rather than go through the fuss and bother of sorting it out themselves
    • The agent sends the client's information and requirements to EsyConnect - Agent checks off details and sends file.
    • EsyConnect places confirmation call - Our call centre operators are friendly and efficient and are trained to ensure that the information received is accurate and the client is reassured that we have everything under control.
    • Confirmation Email sent to customer - Final opportunity for customer to correct details and contains links to specific Service Provider's terms and conditions.
    • Data File sent to Service Provider for connection - In a format that meets your requirements
    • Services Connected - Service provider sends welcome pack/customer charter
